May

  • Glossary: Quick Text (remarks) glossary. Description, remarks, and instruction fields can now insert pre-defined text from a glossary. 
  • Glossary: Quick Text/Remarks glossary can be selected in the email message field
  • Projects: Time Entry can be created inside the Project - Items area
  • A/P: Create a new vendor on the fly while in A/P - Vendor Deposits/Invoices
  • Client Invoices: Invoice flyout - added more detailed information (proposal No. & sales tax)
  • Project: Project - Invoices tab - add button for add new invoice
  • Client Invoices: PDF link column will open the actual PDF - not the client portal
  • Reports: Show pending status of reports being generated.
  • A/R & A/P: A/R & A/P in Nav Menu - options have tool tips
  • A/P: A/P has a main menu page with all section options
  • Client Invoices: Projects - Invoices & Invoices - Existing tabs -  Invoice No. link now shows the flyout
  • Additional Performance Improvements throughout

April

  • Reports: New reports added - Freight Analysis, Journal Entry Journal, Project Cash Allocation
  • Project: Projects grid updated providing some new features: better searching, filtering, ability to export, etc
  • Check Out: Trial expiration checkout page added- users will now be able to select Annual or Monthly billing, see billing amount and add a CC to convert their trial to paid subscription
  • Reports: Reports with a proposal range option changed to accept a number instead of having a drop down.
  • Reports: Reports history added a download button and a tool tip for what history is.
  • Reports: Reports now do not auto open in new tab when run. User stays on page and is directed to see completed report in history. Users can continue creating other reports, or do other work while possibly waiting for a report to complete.

  • Purchase Orders: Agent For Purchase Order feature 
  • Reports: Report History added - users can now see up to 90 days of past reports they have run.  Note: History of reports show the data at the time the report was originally run.
  • Purchase Orders: PO image exclusion option - users can decide whether a PO contains component images or not. 
  • Client Portal: Client portal now shows the Company Logo in the upper left corner.

  • Reports: Four new reports added - Expected Ship, Acknowledgment, Chart of Accounts, & A/R & Deposit Summary 
  • Documents: Two new document styles added - Modern Group Price Only (for Proposal & Invoice)

  • Project: Favorite your Projects  – users can now select up to 5 projects to be considered a favorite - get to these projects quickly from the main Nav Menu

  • Item Grid: Inline edit ability of the Location and Vendor fields - users can now edit the Location or Vendor on the Item level (right on the grid, without needing to open the item) Note: all components of the item will update to the new vendor
  • Item: Added Deposit Information to the Item - Status tab

  • Navigation: Updated the main Nav menu to include section titles
  • Project Settings: Added an alert when projects settings are changed and not saved before leaving the page

  • Invoicing: Added an Invoice Detail flyout to instantly view invoice details and items without opening PDFs.
  • Invoicing: Introduced client invoice pricing overrides, allowing item prices and deposits to be adjusted during invoicing.
  • Item grid has Inline editing for Quantity, Item Status and Sales Category fields. Users can now quickly update these fields for their items right on the item list.
